Keith Irwin, the owner of Old World Breads has been immersed in the bread, pastry and Culinary profession for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and was an apprentice of the Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia. Keith worked as a pastry chef for Vail Resorts in Colorado until moving to Delaware in 2000. After relocating to Delaware, Keith worked with local chefs until he opened Old World Breads in 2014.

Keith is committed to making Old World traditional breads without preservatives or enhancers.  Using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, each recipe is carefully crafted to ensure wholesome, delicious baked goods.  Please stop in to see the variety of baked goods and other products that we sell.  The aroma of home-style baking is sure to weaken the strongest of wills.  You most definitely will leave with something your taste buds will love!
