Steve
Kogler, after many years of study including the work of the French
master baker Raymond Calvel, has opened a wholesale commercial bakery on
his farm in Ellendale, Delaware. With a classic facility, he is producing breads that are steeped
in classic European style and made with the finest natural ingredients
available.
Steve produces many different loaves with the help of his family.
